Want to shake up how you approach your movement practice and discover new things about your body? Join our ‘playful Pilates’ workshop with Ria who will encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and examine your habits when it comes to Pilates and other sports you may do. This fun, full-body hour and a half class is a playful blend of traditional Pilates matwork, non-Pilates movements and small ‘improvisational’ equipment including tennis balls, overballs, magic circles and dynabands.
Giving you a complete mind and body experience, Ria will guide you through a series of games, ground play movements and of course some familiar Pilates mat exercises, to help improve your internal strength, posture, coordination, agility and mindset. A truly winning combination when it comes to a full body, playful Pilates workout, you’ll leave feeling moved, energised and full of feel-good weekend vibes!
