I first came across Pilates whilst I was training to be a ski instructor in the french Alps. I’ve been a qualified ski instructor for 9 years and so have a keen eye on how athletes move and how injuries in sport can have a detrimental effect on performance. Whilst physiotherapy can get you back to normal function, I believe Pilates bridges the gap in getting you back to performing at your best. Pilates can heal the body, and I enjoy working closely with those who are wanting to improve their overall sports performance or have suffered injury. I aim to help people get back to enjoying their life to the full!
