If you are new to the Pilates equipment or have an injury or pathology then a 1-1 is the best option to get you started.In our 1-1 session you will feel safe, confident and relaxed. We use our knowledge and experience to teach you and your needs. The exercises will make a difference to your health and well-being straight away.We will then guide and advise you which class is best for you to ensure you reach your goals quickly.
This amazing class brings a different focus to Pilates. It will enhance support and improve the effectiveness of your workout. The spring settings will give you the resistance and feedback to make permanent changes in strength, balance and flexibility. You will start to move with flow, ease and energy. You will work through a tailor-made programme that will progress you at your own pace. Our two studio spaces are designed to enhance your well-being experience and cultivate a space of healing and empowerment.
For those who enjoy being part of a group class and want a class that flows and has more pace. There is a fun energetic piece of equipment to enhance strength, coordination and flexibility. The Reformer is a spring-loaded bed that has pulleys and a carriage, these work together to create resistance and assistance. The Reformer will improve your balance and core strength, increase flexibility and coordination. It is really hard not to fall in love with this piece of equipment.

1-2-1 Pilates sessions start with a personal assessment to allow the practitioner to design a program especially for your personal requirements and goals. Working with personal 1-2-1 instructor is by far the best option if you have an injury that needs specific attention or set goals in mind. We can work closely with local referrals from Local physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors to ensure a quick and positive recovery from injury or pain.
We work with a lot of runners cyclists and footballers looking to improve within their sport. Whatever your goals are we will work with you to ensure you achieve them
1-2-2 sessions are shared with two people to one instructor. They enable you to access an assessment and individual programme designed for your specific needs
Polestar Pilates offers Movement education based on a scientific foundation of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and motor control. We integrate scientific research findings in the areas of orthopaedics, sports medicine and movement science. Our Polestar teachers individually hold other qualifications in a variety of movement modalities.
BASI education is anchored in anatomy, physiology and scientific principles, its emphasis is on the aesthetic quality of every movement.
Balanced Body Pilates is based on the Balanced Body Movement Principles providing a strong foundation and giving you a deep understanding of how the body works and how to make it work better.
Our team professional teachers are jointly trained in Polestar, Basi and Balance body certifications.
I have been attending Pilates mat classes for many years and the classes not only bring more flexibility, they bring a sense of peace and wellbeing. I can't always achieve all of the exercises but I always enjoy this island of meditation, exercise and also laughter with the friends made through the classes. Always grateful.
Lovely peaceful atmosphere and professional expert teachers. I started going due to a very painful hip joint after a fall more than 2 years ago. After only 4 classes in 4 weeks, the difference is amazing. I highly recommend them.
