Got any questions?

Do you have any questions about your membership? View some of our common questions below.

What do I need to do to join a class?

There’s two ways to become a member: If you have any injuries or concerns you will need to select our New to studio 1-1’s introductory sessions. If you are injury free and looking to enhance your fitness, then you can join through our new to studio introductory classes. See our new to studio booking page.

How do I choose my regular class?

During your New to Studio sessions your teacher will recommend the best regular class for you.

Can I change my class if I need too?

Yes, absolutely. All you need to do is cancel the class you are wanting to change 24 hours in advance and then book an alternative class. Please note you cannot reschedule a class under 24 hours before it starts.

What happens with my membership when I go on holiday?

All you need to do is cancel the classes that you will miss whilst you are away, then once you return you can book all your missed classes in and make up for lost Pilates time. So, you get to do extra classes on your return and iron back out all the travelling aches and pains.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes, at any time. You can do this through your booking account, provided you give a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Can I book my classes in ahead of time?

Yes, we highly recommend booking your classes on a recurring booking once you have selected your regular class. This is then your priority booking and no one else can nab your spot. No wait list or missing out.

How many other people will be in my class?

We will make sure you are in the most suitable class for your needs. So, this can vary from as little as 4 to a maximum of 7.

How experienced are your teachers?

All our teachers are fully comprehensively trained and have to do a specific amount of training hours and teaching hours before they even take their exam. Check out our teaches page to learn about our amazing team.

How many classes do you run and when?

We have 36 classes on our ever-growing timetable, and we are open Monday to Saturday from 7.30-9.00. Have a look at our timetable to see full details.
