By booking a class or studio session with The Pilates Station you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below. We want you to enjoy and benefit from your Pilates classes. The terms and conditions below are set out to help you do this and to safeguard our classes. By booking a Pilates you will receive from us:

- Expert experienced teaching from fully qualified Pilates teachers and practitioners.
- Limited class sizes and the choice of 4 to 5 people per class.
- The benefit of our courtesy makes up class Vimeo link.
- Full equipped studios.Access to live stream online classes and workshops.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds For Equipment Sessions In The Studio. Private 1-1 Sessions and Duets

Bookings made through our Scheduling site are final, no refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase.

Your monthly subscription will automatically be taken out on the day you set it up. This will continue until you cancel this via the website or app. If you cancel within the month or after a payment has been taken no refunds will be given.

Your studio session is not confirmed until we have received payment from you. Your monthly pass starts from the date of purchase and is renewed every month.

Your cost is worked out over 12 equal payments every month, you are purchasing 45 classes that will be used throughout the year. If you have chosen a two a week class you will be credited 90 classes to be used throughout the year. The year starting on the first day of purchase.If you have purchased an online pass please refer to more details in the online section written in this document.

If for any reason you do not attend your weekly class, don't worry you have 7 weeks out of the year that you have not been charged for. 2 of these weeks will be counted towards the Christmas closure.

All classes, once booked, are non-refundable, non-changeable and not transferable to another person.

You can decide to stop your monthly payment at any time. You need to cancel your subscription seven days before it is due otherwise you will be charged.

How to cancel:

Covid Terms

In the event that any bubble is closed down due to COVID then all classes will be sent to you either via Vimeo or if well you will be able to join a live stream class.Private and 1-1 sessions will be automatically transferred to online for the period of isolation. You will receive your session through a live zoom link or through Vimeo. This can be discussed by your teacher at the time.  We will guide you fully through the set up. Please note this important COVID-19 information:

​- If you are feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 please cancel your appointment immediately and let us know.
- If you arrive with noticeable symptoms, you will be refused entry and asked to leave.
- If you have been unwell, please allow at least 7 days with no symptoms before returning to the studio and confirm clearance from the COVID Medical Officer before returning.
- Clinically extremely vulnerable individuals or those continuing to live with anyone deemed clinically extremely vulnerable should follow government guidelines.
- If you become symptomatic whilst at the studio, you must leave the venue immediately and if safe to do so, without touching anything or coming into close contact with anyone.
- If you become unwell after leaving the studio, you must inform us immediately on 07788702622 so we can follow our inhouse tracing procedure.
- The studio is temporarily limited to a maximum of 4 individuals in a gym session at any one time and private 1-1 sessions due to social distancing requirements.
- Face covering are compulsory for our setting but may be removed once you are behind your screen in your designated area. Please wear a face covering to arrive and to leave.
- Please do not bring food or personal belongings into the studio other than your own water bottle and small handbag.
- Socks must be worn at all times.
- Please arrive on time and if required, please wait outside the studio by the door whilst maintaining social distancing until called in.
- You will be asked to complete a consent form stating you are well in order to enter the studio.
- Please follow the teacher’s instructions, with cleaning procedures and when entering and moving around the studio. Our COVID-19 Risk Assessment can be found in the studio and online. If You do need to cancel your session due to Covid. We will send you a link to take part in any of our online live stream classes. If you need to rest, we will send you a class through Vimeo email so you can make up your class when you are well enough to do so. UK COVID-19 Risk Assessment can be found in the studio or online.

All emails and newsletters from our site allow you to opt out of further mailings that you previously opted in to.The Pilates Station will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.

Online Classes

If you are unsure as to what type of class would be suitable for you please contact the studio. Please note our online group classes are not suitable for anyone who has not been signed off by a medical professional following injury, or other health issues which may affect your ability to exercise.

The Pilates Station will not be held responsible for any injury following our online sessions. Individuals are responsible for themselves and need to skip or modify exercises as necessary. These will be given by your teacher during class.

It is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any changes to health before taking part in class.

You need to complete a Health questionnaire before taking part in class.

Classes are taken at your own risk.

Payments are collected monthly through a subscription and can be cancelled at any time.

Refunds will not be issued for any monthly pass that has been cancelled halfway through the agreed month.

You can cancel your subscription in your account online or by contacting the studio directly.

Please ensure you have enough space to move safely, so that nothing will obstruct your movement.

Please notify your teacher if you are not attending class.

Please notify your teacher if you haven’t received your invitation link.

New clients are advised to take part in our beginners’ workshop, available for purchase through our website. This will be sent to you through Vimeo.

Please wear fitted clothing that you can move comfortably in and clean socks. It is best to tie long hair back and not wear jewellery.

Please log in five minutes before class begins.

Group classes will normally, though not always, be taught by the named teacher. The Pilates Station reserves the right to substitute teachers as needed.

All classes last 45 minutes.

We do not take responsibility for your internet connection should it go down before or during classes.

Your class link will be sent to you an hour before start, it is your responsibly to save this to enable you to join the class. If you have not received the link, you must ensure that you have communicated this to the teacher at least 15 minutes before the lesson starts so it does not interrupt the class.

Vimeo links will be emailed to you. These are password protected and should not be shared with anybody else. This helps protect the business and teacher privacy.​

Studio Guidelines

Should you be provided with your own small equipment kit to use in the studio, and for home classes, you will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitising of this equipment after and before class. Any equipment provided that is lost, or damaged with misuse, will be chargeable.

You will be responsible for wiping down large equipment before and after class using the cleaning equipment that is provided at the studio.

You will need to bring your own water bottle and drink and arrive ready to move there will be no changing areas during these Covid restrictions.

You will need to bring a small bag to put your outdoor shoes and coat in, whilst in the studio you will be asked to leave these outside the studio entrance. You will need a small bag to put valuables in that can be bought into the studio space.

Clients are requested to wear exercise clothing that is free from any zips.

We ask customers to wear clean socks at all times.

No Shoes are allowed to be worn in the studios.

You understand that The Pilates Station is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend class.

You understand that your teacher is a qualified and insured Pilates teacher.

You will tell the teacher of anything painful / unusual you experience in the class and between classes, you will stop doing the exercise if you or your teacher thinks you need to or follow the alternatives your teacher gives you.

You understand your teacher may offer you professional advice relating to your ability to exercise and your teacher may consider it unprofessional to continue to teach you if you do not wish to follow that advice.

You will keep your teacher updated on any changes in your medical condition.

You understand that all exercise carries a risk and you voluntarily participate in them.

If you are struggling with anything in your class, have any problems or concerns, do please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help.

We reserve the right to change the advertised teacher if the teacher is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

No money will be refunded if the class teacher changes.

If there are not enough people booked into the class to run it for the term, we reserve the right to cancel the class. We will ensure you have a space in an alternative class.

Lost Property

We make all our venues as safe as we can, but your belongings are left in the studios at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or stolen. If you think you have left something in any of the studios, do let us know and we will endeavour to find it for you.​
